Whether you are an individual preparing a meal for your family,
or a restaurant chef preparing meals for your customers, much of the produce you purchase may have traveled a great distance;
be several days or weeks old; and may have been handled by many people before it even reaches your kitchen.
At Parker Produce, we believe in a better approach. We ensure our
fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers go to fellow members of our community. Our produce goes straight
from our fields to your kitchen, often in one day. In this way we help preserve our planet, our heritage
